HOW CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Once the kiln is ordered, the system sends an email notifying receipt of order.
When the order is pending payment (transfer or installment) you will be able to display “pending” .
As soon as we receive payment credit, the order goes to “in process” status.
When the product is shipped, we email the tracking code the day after shipment to track the shipment (except for those who choose pickup at their location or with their courier).

Unfortunately, there are no floor deliveries.

I CAN'T FIND MY COUNTRY ON REGISTRATION, IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

If a specific country is not available, the purchase can still be processed via email.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHY?

Orders for which we do not receive news/payment within 1 week of the order date are automatically cancelled.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ON YOUR ONLINE STORE?

The following payment methods are available: Bank Transfer, PayPal*, credit card and installment payment with Soisy or Scalapay.

If you buy with Scalapay you acknowledge that installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

For the method of payment by bank transfer or credit card, it is mandatory to include the order number on the reason for payment.

*You can also use your credit card without a PayPal account, just select “Pay with a card” after choosing PayPal as your payment method.

I WOULD LIKE TO PAY THROUGH FINANCING / INSTALLMENTS, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

To proceed via funding request you will need to select “Soisy Payment.”
Before being sent back to the finance page, choose “Financing Mode” and use “Calculate Installments” to view installment prospectus.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE FUNDING APPLICATION?

The documents needed to apply for financing will be specified directly and only by the finance company.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES REGULATION

All coupon codes available on the shop will be deactivated during promotions and discount periods and will consequently be invalid.
Therefore, coupon codes are not cumulative with Effeuno discounts.
