WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

  • Delivery times generally vary according to the product ordered and especially according to the place of destination (Italy and abroad).
  • In some cases, they may vary as they are subject to unforeseen circumstances related to the carrier;
  • Domestic and international couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) regulated and indicated by them and cannot be syndicated to Effeuno Srl;
  • Effeuno srl strives to meet the stated delivery times by trying to anticipate them whenever possible.
  • Floor delivery service is NOT available.
  • Carrier delivery timing, on average* – Italy
    – North: 3 – 4 business days
    – Central: 4 – 5 business days
    – South: 5 – 7 business days
    – Islands: 7-10 business days* the average timing can be considered valid from the day the shipment is confirmed.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Should the BISCOTTO arrive damaged, a refund of € 30.00 will be made through the desired mode of payment.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF SHIPPING ?

The types of shipping methods we offer are:

  • Pick-up at the premises with your own courier: this option is available only by appointment from your courier (requests for pick-up at the premises with means other than authorized couriers will not be considered)
  • Express Courier

IS VAT AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

  • The price includes the oven plus Italian vat.
  • Shipping costs are to be added to the final cost and vary according to the destination/product and are, in the case of international shipping: 130€ for Bulgaria, Croatia 130€, Finland 220€, France 110€, Ireland 130€, Luxembourg 110€, Czech Republic 130€, Romania 122€ and Spain 110€.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY AT THE SITE?

  • It is possible either by using your own carrier or privately.
    To pick up the product directly at your location (with your own carrier ) simply select the “Pick up at your location” option during check-out. Pickup details (packing list, pickup date and location) will be confirmed by email as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.
  • In the interest of fairness, we believe it is correct to share this information with you: we avoid working with express couriers because our products with glass doors are delicate, which is why we strongly advise against using such carriers who would not follow sending the goods with proper care (no offense to express couriers);
    Furthermore, we guarantee the shipment, intervening immediately to support the customer in case of damages caused by the carrier; if the shipping cost is borne by the customer, the resolution of any issues that may arise would be at their expense.
